Portable Band saw blades Started it all! Portable bands started our technology drive to make Morse blades the longest lasting in the business. In independent tests Master Cobalt® Portable Band Saw Blades more than doubled the average number of cuts made by blades from the five leadingt competitors (including the four shown above) when cutting 3/8" x 1" 304 stainless steel bar. Since then our own Technology Center tests show the gap widening. Master Cobalt technology was on its way to revolutionizing saw blade life. |

Hole Saws that last twice as long! In an independent laboratory, Morse Master Cobalt® Hole Saws and ten competitive brands, including those shown above, were tested cutting 1/8" stainless steel plate. Master Cobalt® blades made 75 cuts. On average, the others completed 34.4 cuts. Master Cobalt® more than doubled the average life expectancy of competitive hole saws! |

Reciprocating Saw Blades That last three times longer! With recip blades, the results are even more dramatic. Master Cobalt® recips made 70 cuts in SAE 1020 steel 1" tubing with a .065" wall.
