NEW 10" MORSE METAL DEVIL™ BLADES PROVIDE FAST CUTS FOR THIN STEEL AND ALUMINUM
CANTON, OH -The M. K. Morse Company has added two new 10" metal-cutting carbide tipped circular saw blades to its Morse Metal Devil™ line. One 10" blade is designed for cutting thin steel while the other is for cutting aluminum. These blades are ideal for cutting gutter and metal decking where fast, accurate cuts are required.

The new thin steel Metal Devil blades have 52 teeth with 0° rake, creating a stronger tooth with increased metal surface area where the cut is actually being made. Aluminum cutting Metal Devil blades have an aggressive 80 tooth configuration with a 7° rake to create additional forward cutting action. Both blades work on all standard circular and miter saws, running at a maximum RPM of 5200 for thin steel and 5500 RPMs for aluminum.

Morse offers the largest line of metal-cutting circular saw blades available today, with sizes ranging from 5-3/8" to 14" in diameter. They quickly cut through steel plate, angle iron, channel iron, aluminum plate and steel studs as easily as traditional saw blades cut through soft pine 2x4’s. In tests the Morse Metal Devil cut through 6" x 2-1/4" steel plate in an average of less than 12 seconds and 2" x 2-1/4" angle iron in less than 6 seconds.
