Morse hires strengthen focus on customer service, industrial sales

CANTON, Ohio – The M. K. Morse Company is excited to announce the hiring of three new team members – Dominic “DJ” Carbone as Logistics Coordinator and Fred Auer and Anthony Polak, both as Industrial Territory Managers.

Dom Carbone

With hands-on experience gained through his service in the Navy and Navy Reserves, DJ brings a strong

foundation in both domestic and international operations, along with a passion for the field and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

He will focus on supporting efficient logistics operations, organization across processes, and timely, accurate delivery to our customers. His collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement make him a great fit for both the role and our company’s core values.

Fred joins our industrial sales team and brings his results-driven focus and record of success directing sales for leading national manufacturing companies, including Hilti North America, Kimball Midwest, and Simmons Company, among others.

His demonstrated ability to independently manage high-volume accounts and provide direction and tactical execution of core initiatives to drive revenue and market share in challenging and high-growth situations make him a great asset to the team.

“Fred will be covering the four corners’ (Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico) region as well as Nevada. He brings a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, strategic account management, and demonstrating leadership in both the industrial and construction markets,” said Jacob Lilley, Regional Sales Manager, Western US, to whom Fred will report. “His extensive experience in building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams will significantly enhance our industrial sales team and ensure we achieve our ambitious growth targets.”

Anthony has also joined our industrial sales team, with more than 20 years of sales and management experience at companies including Haltom Industries, Sunstone Inc., and Echostar.

Driven by results, Anthony uses his military background to lead with discipline, accountability, and teamwork, and has extensive experience developing sales plans, expanding key accounts, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. He will be covering Northern Texas and Northern Louisiana, as well as Oklahoma and Arkansas.

“We’re excited to welcome Anthony ‘Tony’ Polak to the Industrial West team. Tony brings with him a deep expertise in sales processes and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. Tony’s strategic mindset, disciplined approach to pipeline management, and commitment to building strong customer relationships will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering consistent results for our customers,” said Lilley, who will also supervise Anthony.
