CANTON, Ohio – The M. K. Morse Company has named Sylvain Brouillette as regional manager – Canada, effective Jan. 1, 2024.

Sylvain Brouillette

A Morse team member for more than 6 years, Brouillette previously held the title of territory field sales manager for Eastern Canada.

His technical product knowledge and field expertise, along with fluency in both English and French have helped to grow Morse brand awareness and market share in the region.

“Canada is very diverse, and while the markets vary from province to province, they are often interconnected. Having a regional manager who is Canadian and has a solid understanding of what drives business across the country will help to customize our approach,” said Brouillette, who himself has lived in five Canadian provinces. “Although different areas and markets need different strategies, a more holistic approach will be beneficial for our distributors.”

He will partner with Stephan Daoust, technical sales specialist, Canada, to deliver cutting solutions to both distributors and end users that meet their industrial and commercial needs. Daoust, along with sales agency Source One in western Canada, will both report to Brouillette.

Brouillette reports to James Reid, Director, Commercial Sales, USA and Canada.
